I will be doing a pop-up dinner at Ottolenghi Marylebone. The dinner will feature consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.

We can’t wait to hear more from Kenji and follow his fermentation journey. In the mean time, we are all enthusiastically fermenting everything we can get our hands on, and wondering when we can justify buying a second fridge!
